Ms. Lan Saadatnejadi, PE, MBA, Business Class Area Manager –Program Management, HDR Engineering, Inc.
Ms. Saadatnejadi's19+-year career entails extensive transportation engineering related projects, including:
freeway/highway widening; interchange improvements; and roadway operation and safety improvements. She spent
16 out of those 19 years with Caltrans District 7 working in Design, Program/Project Management, Planning,
Operations, and Construction. Throughout her career, she also worked closely with FHWA, SCAG, Metro (formerly
LACMTA), Los Angeles County, Orange County, and various local agencies.
She will talk about Federal Stimulus plan, American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA), Recovery Act (RA) and
Transportation Projects.
